Welcome to Wag and Walk – Winkleigh’s private secure dog walking field
We realise that dog owners need a secure field away from live stock, other dogs and people. Their dogs can then run freely, enjoying themselves with the owner not having to worry about losing control of them or conflicts with other dogs or animals.
Wag and Walk Prices
There will be a maximum of four adults per session.
- 1 hour up to 3 dogs @ £10.00
- ( Any additional dog is charged at £2.50 per session)
Please get in contact if you would like to book in for longer periods.
It is available for exclusive private hire for 60 minute slots.
You can hire it for other events if required. Contact us to arrange.
Parking and facilities
There is a hardstanding area within the field suitable for cars. Please only park within the field and not in the main farm gateway.
Our field is 6 acres with agility equipment, ramps, mounds, logs, tunnels, jumps, and much more.
There is a toilet on site. Also there are picnic benches in the field as well as in the shelter.
Our dog walking field is great for the following reasons
- Nervous dogs who don’t want to be bothered by other people or their dogs
- Dogs who don’t follow commands
- Challenging dogs who prefer exercising on their own
- Bitches in season
- New pups who need training in a safe place
- Nervous owners who need to build their confidence with their dog
- Rescue dogs bonding with new owners in a safe and secure environment
- Older dogs suffering from reduced sight or hearing
- Dogs that are recuperating
